We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to identify potential customers, present products or services, close sales, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers
  • Present and explain products or services to clients
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare sales reports and customer records
  • Respond to customer questions and complaints
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and sales events

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of OND
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
