Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven CRM Officer (Lead Closer) to manage and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects, maintaining strong client relationships, following up on inquiries, and driving conversions through effective use of the Company's CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Engage prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections and client meetings.
- Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship management.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and lead conversion reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Address client inquiries and provide information on available properties and investment opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, customer relationship management, or lead conversion, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
