We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (Lead Closer)

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven CRM Officer (Lead Closer) to manage and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects, maintaining strong client relationships, following up on inquiries, and driving conversions through effective use of the Company's CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Engage prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate property inspections and client meetings.
  • Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship management.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and lead conversion reports.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Address client inquiries and provide information on available properties and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, customer relationship management, or lead conversion, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
