Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly strategic professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Partner. This is not a traditional marketing role.
  • We are looking for an individual who can work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, drive business growth, strengthen market positioning, build strategic relationships, and contribute directly to the long-term success of the organization.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a trusted growth advisor and business development professional, helping to shape strategies that increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and prospective customers.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support business expansion and market penetration initiatives.
  • Strengthen brand visibility, positioning, and market relevance.
  • Generate qualified leads and conversion opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, conferences, and professional engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Prepare growth reports, business proposals, and strategic recommendations for management.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and business sustainability objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, marketing, sales, partnerships, or growth-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
