Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-smart HR Officer to join our People function. This role supports the full employee lifecycle across our operating countries — from recruitment to exit. It is a generalist HR role and an excellent launchpad for a serious HR career. No prior HR job title is required — NYSC experience in an HR or administrative function is valid experience.

Kery Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across assigned business units: job posting, screening, scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Administer HR compliance with Nigerian labour law and multi-country regulatory requirements
  • Support performance management cycles: probation, quarterly reviews, disciplinary processes, and exit documentation
  • Process payroll inputs; manage HMO enrolment, pension administration, and leave tracking
  • Track headcount, attrition, and staff movement; produce monthly HR reports for leadership
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate staff learning and development activities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on policy, benefits, and HR procedures
  • Manage internal communications and the employee engagement/feedback process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, or related discipline
  • 0 - 3years experience in an HR, administrative, or people-facing role (NYSC HR/admin placement counts)
  • CIPM student membership or part-qualification is an advantage - not required
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality; strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
  • Fresh graduates and recent NYSC completers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / Month.
