Role Overview
- The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and closing real estate transactions.
- The role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to convert prospects into buyers while delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Leverage social media, referrals, and field marketing.
Client Engagement:
- Present property offerings clearly and confidently.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits.
Sales Conversion:
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain long - term relationships with clients.
- Provide after - sales support and updates.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Monitor competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated weekly.
- Site inspections conducted.
- Conversion rate (leads to sales).
- Monthly sales volume (₦ value).
- Client retention and referral rate.
