Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth and achieving organizational sales objectives.
- The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the sales team, monitoring performance, developing client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Support the Sales Manager in leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor the daily activities and performance of Sales Executives, ensuring adherence to company policies and sales processes.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to Sales Executives to enhance productivity and performance.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new Sales Executives to ensure a seamless integration into the team.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on team activities, sales pipeline, and target achievement.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable sales insights.
Client Relations & Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Participate in property inspections, site visits, client meetings, and sales events as required.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
Collaboration & Marketing Support:
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.
