We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline must also have proven track record in sales, and a robust blend of strategic thinking and negotiation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or business development—ideally in a B2B (Business-to-Business) environment.
  • Track Record: Documented success in meeting or exceeding quotas and generating qualified leads.
  • Top candidates should be residents of the FCT and its environs.

Core Technical Competencies:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, identify competitor weaknesses, and map out high-potential target segments.
  • Pipeline Management: Proficiency in maintaining a sales funnel and using CRM tools to track opportunities.
  • Commercial Acumen: The ability to draft persuasive proposals, negotiate favorable contract terms, and close high-value deals.
  • Product Literacy: Capacity to quickly learn complex products/services and effectively translate technical details into client benefits. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Essential Soft Skills:

  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be highly articulate when pitching ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal & Networking: Naturally charismatic with the ability to build, nurture, and leverage professional relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and adaptable; able to overcome objections and creatively simplify complex client challenges.
  • Self-Motivation & Resilience: High energy, initiative, and the psychological stamina to handle rejection and work independently.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
