Work Schedule: Full-Time (5 Days Onsite + Occasional Remote Saturdays)
About the Role
- TLP Media is seeking a warm, intelligent, and customer-focused Customer Service Officerto serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be capable of converting inquiries into paying customers, and maintain professionalism while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication.
- Ensure clients have a seamless and positive experience.
- Enforce company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular feedback on customer trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
- Experience in media, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
