Job Title: Sales Associate

Description
- The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting customer and stockist engagement, ensuring excellent service delivery and a consistent brand experience.
- The role oversees end-to-end order management, inventory coordination, and sales operations while maintaining accurate records using systems such as Apparel Magic.
- The Sales Associate also supports retail activations, pop-ups, and fulfilment activities to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage stockist and customer interactions, ensuring prompt, professional communication and effective issue resolution.
- Process and track stockist and custom orders from confirmation to delivery, including fulfilment coordination and follow-ups.
- Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve fulfilment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and retail transaction records using Apparel Magic and other systems.
- Support the preparation of sales reports and provide insights on stockist performance and custom orders.
- Assist in planning and executing retail events, pop-ups, and activations to support sales targets and brand visibility.
- Receive and record inventory from Operations, ensuring accuracy of item details and product information.
- Ensure inventory designated for pop-ups is properly tagged, organized, and prepared for use.
- Pack and prepare stockist orders and event inventory efficiently across multiple locations.
- Support custom order fulfilment through quality checks, packaging, and handover to Logistics.
- Monitor stock levels of tagging materials and related supplies, escalating shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and support inventory reconciliation activities.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in sales, retail operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, retail, or luxury brands is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in inventory or ERP systems such as Apparel Magic is preferred.
