Work Schedule: Monday -Friday (One day in the office, four days on field visits)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales & Marketing Officer to identify and acquire new customers, manage existing client relationships, and drive sales growth within assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, including distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, builders, and project developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular field visits to promote the company's products and generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Participate in product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured based on:
- Achievement of sales revenue targets.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Number of customer visits and market coverage.
- Growth in sales volume within assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND, B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales within manufacturing, FMCG, building materials, tiles, paints, sanitary ware, roofing products, construction materials, or related industries.
- Proven experience in acquiring new customers and managing existing client accounts.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Age Range: 30 Years and Above
