Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Locations: Wuse 2 - Abuja (FCT) & Ibafo - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday (One day in the office, four days on field visits)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales & Marketing Officer to identify and acquire new customers, manage existing client relationships, and drive sales growth within assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, including distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, builders, and project developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote the company's products and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Participate in product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured based on:

• Achievement of sales revenue targets.
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Customer retention and repeat business.
• Number of customer visits and market coverage.
• Growth in sales volume within assigned territory.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND, B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales within manufacturing, FMCG, building materials, tiles, paints, sanitary ware, roofing products, construction materials, or related industries.
• Proven experience in acquiring new customers and managing existing client accounts.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Age Range: 30 Years and Above
