Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to Head, the Business Development of a Real Estate Company. You will be expectedto drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and oversee business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency
- Drive revenue generation and profitability
- Lead and manage business development teams
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Provide strategic direction to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 7- 10years’ experience with the last 3 years in a Leadership position in aReal Estate company (Non negotiable)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
