Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to Head, the Business Development of a Real Estate Company. You will be expectedto drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and oversee business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency
• Drive revenue generation and profitability
• Lead and manage business development teams
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Provide strategic direction to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 7- 10years’ experience with the last 3 years in a Leadership position in aReal Estate company (Non negotiable)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Reward

• Salary: N1,000,000 - N1,200,000 per month.
