Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Work Style: Hybrid (4 days on-site and 1 day remote)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, closing deals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and analytics) to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and support debt recovery where necessary
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree, or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in digital media or advertising is an added advantage
- Relevant professional certifications (local or international) are a plus.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly (based on experience)
