We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Independently onboard and activate 25 or more merchants each month
- Drive a minimum of ₦25,000,000 in shipment revenue from newly onboarded merchants
- Ensure merchants complete their first shipment within 14 days of onboarding
- Actively pitch and register qualified merchants across assigned territories
- Track, report, and optimize every stage of the acquisition funnel
- Provide weekly reports on lead conversions, merchant activity, and revenue performance
- Work cross-functionally with support, ops, and partnerships teams to improve merchant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in business development, sales, or field activation
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action and field engagement
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-oriented environments
- Strong reporting, analytical, and CRM skills.
