Founded in 2022, the company serves as a centralized gateway to streamline cross-border freight, parcel deliveries, and global supply chains.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Independently onboard and activate 25 or more merchants each month
• Drive a minimum of ₦25,000,000 in shipment revenue from newly onboarded merchants
• Ensure merchants complete their first shipment within 14 days of onboarding
• Actively pitch and register qualified merchants across assigned territories
• Track, report, and optimize every stage of the acquisition funnel
• Provide weekly reports on lead conversions, merchant activity, and revenue performance
• Work cross-functionally with support, ops, and partnerships teams to improve merchant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in business development, sales, or field activation
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action and field engagement
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-oriented environments
• Strong reporting, analytical, and CRM skills.
