We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Bespoke Processing Operation

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • Responsible for the end-to-end leadership, design, and execution of customized transaction processing solutions within the organization.
  • Overseas complex, high-value, and non-standard financial transactions that fall outside automated or conventional processing frameworks.
  • Drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and deliver tailored solutions that support strategic clients, enterprise partnerships, and specialized financial products.
  • Technical implementation and support for Payattitude
  • System integration requirements and solution analysis for new business initiatives.
  • Implement new solutions using the concept of shred infrastructure services to minimize capital expenditure and optimize transaction cost for new business initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for bespoke processing operations in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Establish scalable frameworks for handling customized and high-touch transactions across multiple payment channels.
  • Lead the design and implementation of operational models that support business growth, new product offerings, and enterprise clients.
  • Testing and validating the functionalities of products and services
  • Implementation of key products that enhance and increase acceptability of Payattitude products.
  • Development of user and operations documentation of new solution projects & business analysis.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of bespoke transactions including initiation, validation, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Manage high-value corporate payments, bulk and batch processing, escrow arrangements, partner-specific integrations, and exception handling that requires manual intervention.
  • Serve as a key contact for high-value clients requiring customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to implement API-driven solutions and process improvements.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all processed transactions.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans for bespoke operations.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to operations during system or process failures.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: First degree(s) in Engineering, Information Technology or Applied Sciences.
  • Others: Certification in RDMS Database, Project Management & Business Analysis would be an added advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years post NYSC experience, in software support, usage or fintech operations. Understanding of the key technical concepts in I.T & Electronic Payments.
