- Manage daily logistics operations.
- Monitor delivery performance.
- Coordinate drivers, dispatch riders, and warehouse activities.
- Develop operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
