Job Title: Clinical Director
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical governance requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Supervise and support clinical department heads and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices.
- Monitor clinical performance through audits, data analysis, and key performance indicators.
- Promote patient safety, risk management, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with executive management to achieve the hospital's strategic goals.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with current professional registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical specialty.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
