We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Clinical Director

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical governance requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Supervise and support clinical department heads and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor clinical performance through audits, data analysis, and key performance indicators.
• Promote patient safety, risk management, and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with executive management to achieve the hospital's strategic goals.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with current professional registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical specialty.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
