About the Role
- A leading company in the Power Solutions industry is seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Executives to drive sales growth and market expansion across key industries and regions.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned industries and territories.
- Generate and convert qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Technical Sales.
- Proven experience selling technical or solution-based products will be a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
