Sterling Gate Services Limited - Our client, a leading company in the Power Solutions industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Business Development Professional

Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Kano, Lagos, and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • A leading company in the Power Solutions industry is seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Executives to drive sales growth and market expansion across key industries and regions.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned industries and territories.
  • Generate and convert qualified sales leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Technical Sales.
  • Proven experience selling technical or solution-based products will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
