Job Summary
- The Sales Representative will be responsible driving the sale of E-SIM products and mobile services, converting prospects into subscribers, and supporting customers through activation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Ntel E-SIM products and mobile plans to new and existing customers
- Educate customers on E-SIM benefits, compatibility, activation process, and usage
- Identify prospective customers through calls, referrals, and field marketing activities
- Assist customers with E-SIM onboarding, activation, and basic troubleshooting
- Convert leads to active subscribers and follow up to ensure successful activation
- Support existing customers with renewals, upgrades, and plan changes
- Accurately record sales activities and customer information in company systems
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and activation targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary Stay updated on Ntel’s products, promotions, and industry developments
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND, or OND in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Strong interest in technology, smartphones, and digital products
- Good understanding of mobile devices (Android and iOS); E-SIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Customer-oriented with a persuasive and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
