Job Title: Sales Representative (E- SIM)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Sales and Commercial
Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative will be responsible driving the sale of E-SIM products and mobile services, converting prospects into subscribers, and supporting customers through activation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Ntel E-SIM products and mobile plans to new and existing customers
  • Educate customers on E-SIM benefits, compatibility, activation process, and usage
  • Identify prospective customers through calls, referrals, and field marketing activities
  • Assist customers with E-SIM onboarding, activation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Convert leads to active subscribers and follow up to ensure successful activation
  • Support existing customers with renewals, upgrades, and plan changes
  • Accurately record sales activities and customer information in company systems
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and activation targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary Stay updated on Ntel’s products, promotions, and industry developments

Requirements

  • B.Sc, HND, or OND in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
  • Strong interest in technology, smartphones, and digital products
  • Good understanding of mobile devices (Android and iOS); E-SIM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Customer-oriented with a persuasive and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
