Job Title: Recovery Officer (Loan)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our team. If you have experience in loan recovery, debt collection, and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overdue loan accounts and drive timely recoveries.
- Contact customers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and maintain accurate recovery records.
- Prepare recovery reports and meet assigned collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years' experience in debt recovery, collections, or loan administration.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a financial institution, fintech, or lending company is an advantage.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
