Job Title: Recovery Officer (Loan)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our team. If you have experience in loan recovery, debt collection, and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overdue loan accounts and drive timely recoveries.
• Contact customers to negotiate repayment plans.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and maintain accurate recovery records.
• Prepare recovery reports and meet assigned collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years' experience in debt recovery, collections, or loan administration.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a financial institution, fintech, or lending company is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
