Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our Real Estate division. You will oversee sales and marketing for both off-plan and completed properties, manage and grow the sales team, and build a strong marketing engine that delivers clear monthly ROI.
- This role requires a strategic leader with strong sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to drive both top-line and bottom-line revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team training, supervision & performance management
- Set sales strategies and meet monthly revenue targets
- Build and execute digital & offline marketing strategies with measurable ROI
- Generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals
- Oversee documentation, negotiations, inspections & closing processes
- Coordinate marketing materials with the design team
- Track performance and provide periodic CRM-based reports
- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5+ years sales/marketing leadership experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits
- N800,000 / Month.
- HMO, 13th months, 4% commission on all sales.
