Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our Real Estate division. You will oversee sales and marketing for both off-plan and completed properties, manage and grow the sales team, and build a strong marketing engine that delivers clear monthly ROI.
• This role requires a strategic leader with strong sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to drive both top-line and bottom-line revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team training, supervision & performance management
• Set sales strategies and meet monthly revenue targets
• Build and execute digital & offline marketing strategies with measurable ROI
• Generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals
• Oversee documentation, negotiations, inspections & closing processes
• Coordinate marketing materials with the design team
• Track performance and provide periodic CRM-based reports
• Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5+ years sales/marketing leadership experience (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong digital marketing skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools
• Strong organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits

• N800,000 / Month.
• HMO, 13th months, 4% commission on all sales.
