We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Level 2 Field Engineer – Enterprise Connectivity
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- This role bridges frontline field execution and core network engineering.
- You will provide escalation support, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical leadership, stepping in when complexity increases and standards matter most.
You will support:
- Starlink Enterprise (L2 / L3) networking
- Medium to large IT networking projects
- Private LTE network deployments
- Integration of field infrastructure into data centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide back-office technical support for enterprise field operations
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise enterprise connectivity systems
- Execute remote commissioning and site deployments
- Prepare weekly network availability and performance reports
- Implement approved change requests and work orders
- Travel nationwide (~50%) to resolve escalated field issues
- Provide technical oversight to third-party engineers and contractors
- Support, guide, and mentor Level 1 Engineers
- Uphold very high standards of professionalism in execution and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- STEM degree (Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Telecoms)
- 2+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or telecom field engineering
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent team player with emerging field leadership capability
- Comfortable working under pressure and across multiple sites
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria
