Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Revenue Leadership
- Own and drive sales strategy, setting the direction for how the companyacquires, engages, and closes buyers and investors across all active developments.
- Take personal responsibility for closing high-value transactions, maintaining an active deal pipeline alongside team management responsibilities.
- Define and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the sales team in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Identify strategic opportunities to grow Regent's presence in the premium residentialsegment.
- Work closely with the CEO and Digital Marketing Executive to align sales strategy with lead generation campaigns and brand positioning.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently deliver against individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, structured coaching sessions, and formal performance reviews, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
- Identify training needs within the team and actively support continuous skilldevelopment.
- Supervise Sales Interns when in existence, assigning tasks, providing direction, andmaintaining performance standards.
- Model the standards of professionalism, work ethic, and client focus expected across the team.
Investor and High-Net-Worth Client Engagement:
- Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate buyers to drive deal flow, repeat business, and referrals.
- Present and defend the financial case for each development credibly, including projected yields, capital appreciation potential, and payment structure.
- Lead representation at investor briefings, property exhibitions, site activations, and roadshows.
- Oversee the management of key client accounts and ensure senior relationships are maintained to the highest standard.
Pipeline Management and Business Development:
- Maintain and actively manage a well-structured pipeline of qualified buyers and investors using the company's CRM system.16. Identify and develop new business channels including referral networks, agent partnerships, corporate buyers, and diaspora investor segments.
- Collaborate with external realtors, agents, and brokers to expand Regent's referral network and market reach.
- Drive conversion strategy at every stage of the funnel, reducing average deal close time and improving overall conversion rates.
Market Intelligence and Pricing Input:
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity in the premiumresidential segment on an ongoing basis.
- Provide structured market intelligence to the CEO and Digital Marketing Executive to inform campaign direction, product positioning, and launch strategy.
- Advise on pricing strategy and offer structures based on market conditions and buyer feedback.
Documentation and Transaction Oversight:
- Oversee the preparation and management of all sales documentation including reservation forms, offer letters, and purchase agreements in line with company standards.
- Ensure diligent follow-up on payment schedules, milestones, and contractual obligations across all active transactions.
- Handle all client information, pricing data, and transaction records with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Enforce CRM discipline across the sales team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained at all times.
Reporting and Performance Management:
- Submit timely weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, pipeline status, team performance, and deal progress to the CEO.
- Track personal and team performance against agreed targets, proactively flagging gaps and presenting corrective action plans.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the team's conversion strategies, tools, and client engagement approach.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-12 years experience.
