As the business continues its rapid growth and market expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to own, develop, and expand strategic client relationships across the Banking, Insurance, and Enterprise sectors.

About Role

  • You will be a hunter first, farmer second. Your job is to open doors with CIOs, CISOs, Digital Transformation Directors, and Compliance Heads, and convert business and regulatory challenges into the organization’s + OEM solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio across Banking, Insurance, and other Enterprise accounts. Build and execute account plans.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell across the company’s OEM portfolio: Automation, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure.
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders using a “same-side selling” approach – lead with business, regulatory, and risk value.
  • Work closely with OEM partners, the company’s Solutions team, and Alliance Managers to shape and close complex deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM. Report weekly on activity and revenue.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 2 years’ technology sales – in software, IT infrastructure, fintech, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, or automation.
  • Must be comfortable with cold outreach, C-level conversations, and building a pipeline from zero. This is not an account servicing role.
  • Good understanding of the technology ecosystem. You must speak tech without jargon.
  • Ability to position solutions across RPA/AI, Cybersecurity, Data/Cloud, and Compliance. Experience selling Oracle, Red Hat, Fortinet, Check Point, Dell, or similar is an advantage.
  • Minimum HND/BSc in any discipline. MBA or tech certifications are an advantage.
