Job Title: Administrative and Customer Care Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 5 days weekly from 8 am - 5:30pm
Resumption: The applicants should be available to resume on the 6th of July 2026.

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a vibrant, intelligent, pleasant, and creative individual to represent the face and voice of Magna Eye Care.
  • This role involves you carry out daily operational activities to meet theneeds of our esteemed patients.

Responsibilities

  • You will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest. Greet and attend to patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and patient queries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support filing systems.
  • Coordinate administrative duties to support clinic efficiency.
  • Assist with patient flow and overall clinic coordination, ensuringthey have a pleasant experience.
  • Assist patients to get their treatments, which include frames,lenses and drugs.
  • Support doctors and clinical staff with documentation or tasks.
  • Keep proper documentation of patients' transactions, stocks, etc.
  • Provide clear information about products, services, andappointments.
  • Maintain a warm, respectful, and solutions-focused approach in all communications.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, accuracy, and speed.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and representationfor the clinic.
  • Participate in clinic-wide communication and team meetings.
  • Implement growth strategies focused on brand awareness.
  • Follow up with patients with booked appointments and patientswho have not concluded their transactions.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND
  • Stable work history
  • Experience in customer care, sales, marketing and customer care is an advantage but not mandatory.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N200,000 gross monthly with additional sales bonuses.
  • Tax and pension deductions will be applied.
