Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's customer base.
- The successful candidate must possess extensive experience in the automobile industry and a proven ability to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify, developand maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet customers, and key stakeholders.
- Source new business opportunities and negotiate profitable commercial agreements.
- Drive vehicle sales through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and periodic management reports.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend initiatives to improve business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business development within the automobile industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
- Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and fleet sales.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results.
