Job Summary

- We are looking for highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Sales Executives to join our growing team across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit regular pipeline reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years' proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience selling security solutions, technology products, ICT, telecommunications, facilities management, or related services is highly desirable.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
