We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) Lagos and Port Hacourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • ASA Security Limited is a leading provider of integrated security solutions, delivering innovative technologies and services that help organizations protect their people, assets, and operations.
  • We are looking for highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Sales Executives to join our growing team across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
  • If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and thrive on closing high-value deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit regular pipeline reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years' proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience selling security solutions, technology products, ICT, telecommunications, facilities management, or related services is highly desirable.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
