Job Title: Admin / Customer Support Officer (Real Estate)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Admin / Customer Support Officer to join our real estate team in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, provide excellent customer service, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property inspections.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
- Manage office files and ensure proper record keeping.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office administration.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer support role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
