We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Customer Support Officer (Real Estate)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Admin / Customer Support Officer to join our real estate team in Abuja.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, provide excellent customer service, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property inspections.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
  • Manage office files and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office administration.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer support role.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace is an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
