IDYHA Capital - Our client, Fragranza Elixir Limited is a growing Nigerian fragrance and home ambiance brand dedicated to creating beautiful scented experiences through premium reed diffusers, room sprays, scented sachets, and other fragrance products.

Job Title: Sales & Business Growth Executive
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)

Who We Are Looking For
- We need a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of increasing sales, opening new markets, securing corporate accounts, and growing brand visibility both online and offline.
- This is not a routine sales role.
- We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute aggressively, and deliver measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive consistent revenue growth.
- Generate new retail, wholesale, and corporate customers.
- Secure partnerships with gift stores, supermarkets, lifestyle stores, hotels, spas, real estate companies, and event planners.
- Drive sales through exhibitions, activations, networking events, and direct marketing.
- Develop and manage reseller and distributor networks.
- Create and execute social media campaigns that generate leads and sales.
- Work with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to increase reach and conversions.
- Track sales performance and provide weekly growth reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience.
- Demonstrable evidence of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong social media marketing and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and produce measurable results.
- Experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury products, home décor, lifestyle products, FMCG, or related industries will be a strong advantage.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 90 days, we expect to see:
- Increased product visibility.
- New customer acquisition.
- Growth in social media engagement and inquiries.
- New retail and corporate accounts.
- Measurable increase in monthly sales revenue.
Compensation
- N200,000 / month.
- Competitive salary plus attractive performance-based commissions and incentives tied to results.
