We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team capable of expanding our presence across key markets.

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
The Role
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our technology consulting and IT services portfolio.
- The successful candidate will have experience selling technology products or services and a strong desire to build a successful career in technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with technical teams.
- Maintain and update opportunities within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT, technology, telecommunications, software, or consulting sectors.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and business applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, software solutions, ERP systems, business applications, or consulting services.
- Existing network of corporate contacts.
- Relevant business or technology qualification.
