We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team capable of expanding our presence across key markets.

The Role
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our organisation, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and recruiting, coaching, and leading a team of Sales Executives.
- This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong background in technology sales and a proven track record of delivering growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Recruit, train, and develop Sales Executives.
- Drive new business development across corporate and public-sector markets.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Identify opportunities for IT consulting, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting process.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop client solutions and proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B technology or IT services sales.
- At least 2 years' experience leading or managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, technology services, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience selling to corporate, government, or enterprise clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance reporting tools.
