Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing resources, and driving operational excellence.
- Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the organization
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively
- Supervise staff and ensure productivity targets are met
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative management role
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary:
N170,000 per month.
