Job Summary

•  The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing resources, and driving operational excellence.
• Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

•  Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the organization
•  Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
•  Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
•  Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow
•  Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively
•  Supervise staff and ensure productivity targets are met
•  Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
•  Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations or administrative management role
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:
N170,000 per month.
