Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Reports To: Sales Manager/CEO

Job Purpose

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through property sales in Ibadan and its environs.
  • The role combines business development, client relationship management toachieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Encourage repeat business and generate referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain professionalism, accountability, and high ethical standards.

Competency Requirements
Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3years experience in sales, business development, or a similar management role.
  • Experience within the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires a combination of office-based administration and field activities, including client meetings, property inspections, and business development engagements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 per month.
