Job Purpose
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through property sales in Ibadan and its environs.
- The role combines business development, client relationship management toachieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Encourage repeat business and generate referrals from satisfied clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain professionalism, accountability, and high ethical standards.

Competency Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 - 3years experience in sales, business development, or a similar management role.
- Experience within the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

- Salary: N150,000 per month.
