We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Channel Sales Representative - Solar

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Channel Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of solar panels, batteries, inverters, and related products through distributors and retailers.
  • The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and ensure sustained sales growth while expanding ACO Nigeria's channel network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through distributors and retail partners.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors and retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor distributor performance and maximize product movement.
  • Provide product training and sales support to channel partners.
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with distributors and retailers.
  • Identify opportunities for joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales, market, and activity reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving partner concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experiencein B2B, channel, or distribution sales within the solar or electronics industry.
  • Proven experience managing distributors and retail sales channels.
  • Strong network of distributors and customers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria's distribution and retail market.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
