Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja

About the Role

  • Provide efficient day-to-day administrative and office support that enables the smooth running of the facility and its support services functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, document management and records maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies and consumables; monitor stock levels and raise requisitions in good time.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and calendars; prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Support facilities upkeep by logging maintenance requests and tracking resolution with service providers.
  • Handle front-desk, visitor and switchboard activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for patients and guests.
  • Maintain registers and trackers (assets, contracts, utilities, fuel, etc.) and keep them current.
  • Support travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements for staff.
  • Assist with processing of invoices, expense claims and petty‑cash administration in line with policy.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures and HSSE requirements.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and events as required.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable

Experience:

  • 4 - 6 years’ relevant administrative experience.
