Job Title: Data Analytics Officer
Location: Abuja
About the Role
- Drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organisation by collecting, analysing and visualising operational, clinical and financial data to generate actionable insight.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clean and consolidate data from operational, clinical and financial systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for management and the MD’s office.
- Conduct analyses to identify trends, drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Support performance monitoring across departments and facilities.
- Develop data models and forecasts to support planning and decision‑making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and confidentiality (in line with the NDPA and health‑data standards).
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and visualisations.
- Support automation of recurring reports and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with ICT on data infrastructure and system integration.
- Promote a data‑driven culture across the organisation.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6–8 years in data analytics or business intelligence, including producing reports, dashboards and insights.
- Experience with healthcare, clinical or operational data is an advantage.
