Job Title: Data Analytics Officer

Location: Abuja

About the Role

• Drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organisation by collecting, analysing and visualising operational, clinical and financial data to generate actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean and consolidate data from operational, clinical and financial systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for management and the MD’s office.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Support performance monitoring across departments and facilities.
• Develop data models and forecasts to support planning and decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and confidentiality (in line with the NDPA and health‑data standards).
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and visualisations.
• Support automation of recurring reports and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with ICT on data infrastructure and system integration.
• Promote a data‑driven culture across the organisation.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6–8 years in data analytics or business intelligence, including producing reports, dashboards and insights.
• Experience with healthcare, clinical or operational data is an advantage.
