Job Summary

  • A Pest Control Company is looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, scheduling service requests, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Schedule pest control appointments and coordinate with the operations team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
  • Follow up with customers after service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process customer requests, quotations, and service bookings.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while promoting the company’s services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
