Job Summary
- A Pest Control Company is looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, scheduling service requests, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
- Schedule pest control appointments and coordinate with the operations team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Follow up with customers after service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Process customer requests, quotations, and service bookings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while promoting the company’s services.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
