Job Title: Head of Sales / Business Development (Real Estate)

Location: Mainland / Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales & Business Development to lead its commercial strategy, drive business expansion, and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive revenue generation and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales and business development team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • 10 – 15 years of professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of recent experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
