Job Summary
- We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales & Business Development to lead its commercial strategy, drive business expansion, and manage high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Drive revenue generation and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales and business development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 10 – 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, business development, and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
